Leadership Development

MLMC uses a wide variety of research-based delivery methods to transfer knowledge and skills to learners. All instruction and training is anchored by adult learning theory and best practices. The most commonly requested delivery methods include interactive experiential training, traditional classroom based workshops, challenging adventure-centered programs, keynote presentations, blended training and cooperative teambuilding events.
